2a. Information You Provide Directly

- Professional role or specialty (for healthcare network participants)
- Billing and payment information — collected and processed by Stripe, Inc. (PHPN does not store full payment card numbers or CVV on its servers)

8. Your Rights — EEA and UK Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the following rights under the GDPR (or UK GDPR):
(a) Right of Access. Obtain a copy of your personal information and details of how we process it.
(b) Right to Rectification. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
(c) Right to Erasure. Request deletion of your personal information in certain circumstances.

9. Children’s Privacy
9.1 Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16 (or 13 where no higher age threshold applies under local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages.

10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and as required by applicable law:
- Transaction and financial records: Minimum of seven (7) years from the date of the transaction (tax and legal compliance).
- Marketing email addresses: Until you unsubscribe or opt out.
- Contact form submissions and customer support records: Up to three (3) years from the date of last contact.
- Account information (if applicable): While your account is active and for up to two (2) years after deletion, for dispute resolution purposes.
When personal information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it securely.

11.1 PHPN implements commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

11.3 Payment card information is handled by Stripe, Inc., which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 standards. PHPN does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.
11.4 Despite our efforts, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. In the event of a data breach that triggers notification obligations, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as required.
12. International Data Transfers
12.1 PHPN is based in the United States, and your personal information may be processed and stored in the United States.
12.2 If you are located in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with data transfer restrictions, please be aware that the United States may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
